Sommelier is the modern wine box. It offers wine consumers all the sophistication and quality expected from a wine bottle with all the benefits and practicalities of a larger format pack enhanced by technology. The Sommelier has 2 litre capacity, with similar size dimensions as typical wine bottle. This benefits logistics, retailers and consumers as it can be stored, distributed and packed in same way as current wine bottles. The pressurised cylinder holding the bag of wine allows clean and easy pouring from the top, rather than the bottom. An LCD display indicates temperature, volume and use by date.
