qualitative research facility is complete with
client viewing room and is well equipped with
audio-visual recording capability. Accommodating
groups of up to 12, we frequently undertake
focus groups and interviews using skilled in-house
moderators and respondent recruiters. The resulting
consumer understanding directly informs our
design thinking and forms an integral part
of our MomentumTM innovation process. |
